Plastic Hamburger Designs is a one-woman web design shop.
I love color and I love to create. With my 20+ year extensive background in Information Technology including application development and project management, I bring my knowledge and passion for the web to my one-woman design studio, Plastic Hamburger Designs (PHD), located in Hell's Kitchen, New York.
My experience has enabled me to develop a strong work ethic. I am able to communicate and collaborate with ease. I like concepts and enjoy exploring them. I am detail oriented. I take personal ownership of my projects and I am client-focused. Ensuring that my clients are happy is very important to me.
I have coded in APL, Visual Basic, HTML, Javascript, ASP, CSS and LotusScript. I was a Novell LAN administrator and cc:Mail administrator. I became certified as a Lotus Notes Application Developer, and for 12 years developed applications in Lotus Notes. I built web portals in Plumtree and created several blogs on Blogger and Wordpress. I've worked on all sorts of design projects including branding and photo galleries.
My latest project is www.HandsOffLiberty.com, a collaborative effort between me, my husband, internationally renowned political cartoonist Mark Dean, and his partners at Hands Off Liberty, LLC.
